WORKWELL Occupational Medicine will be replacing the instant urine dip drug testing product (Rapid Onsite Drug Screen) with the eScreen program. In our efforts to continually exceed expectations and provide outstanding customer service to our clients, WORKWELL Occupational Medicine (formerly Arbor Occupational Medicine) announces our partnership with the eScreen Occupational Health Network (EOHN). This relationship provides significant improvements to our drug and alcohol screening program while reducing paperwork and reporting timeframes. Please note the following changes to the WORKWELL drug and alcohol screening program: All eScreen drug screens sent for confirmation will be sent to LabONE for further testing and verification. Reporting mechanisms can be customized to each client’s needs and can include direct fax, email, or Internet notification. Please contact our office for further information. There will be NO EXTRA COST associated with the new eScreen drug screening program. For more information, please review the additional information or contact our offices. There will be no changes to the process or procedure for any clients that have direct accounts and preprinted chain of custody’s (COC’s) with a specific laboratory (i.e. CRL, Roche, Medtox, etc. We appreciate your continued business and support and we look forward to providing you with the highest level of medical care for your employees and appropriate occupational health services for your company.
