OSHA Standards for Respiration Protection

Is your respirator program OSHA compliant?

Do you know that humans breathe 23,000 times a day on average? That's about 16 times per minute.

There is no doubt that breathing is taken for granted, and OSHA wants to keep it that way. That is why it has set standards for respiration protections in 29 CFR 1910.134. All industries, except agriculture, must follow the requirements for any situation that dictates the use of respirators.

WORKWELL Occupational Medicine can also help by providing Respirator Medical Physicals, Spirometer Testing and OSHA Respirator Medical Questionnaire Reviews.  Call any of our locations to schedule or learn more!
