Every doctor/patient relationship is established through a detailed evaluation, and each employee is provided information that fully describes their injury or illness, the treatment guidelines and standard of care that will be implemented, and other pertinent information so as to illustrate theimportance of the injured employee's participation and responsibility for the healing process.
