DOT Regulatory Changes OCTOBER 1, 2010:
EScreen is in Compliance: eScreen has made modifications to comply with the new rusles for DOT regulated testing. The Department of Transportation (DOT) has published changes to 49 CFR Part 40 which take effect October 1, 2010. The following changes will be in effect:
- Changes to the DOT 5 Panel test:
- Addition of Ecstasy/MDMA
- Addition of screening for 6-AM (Heroin)
- Lower cutoff levels for Amphetamine and Cocaine drug classes
- Non-DOT testing panels can be modified to reflect the new panel upon request
