The Department of Transportation (DOT) has published changes to 49 CFR Part 40 which take effect October 1, 2010. The following changes will be in effect: Changes to the DOT 5 Panel test: Addition of Ecstasy/MDMA Addition of screening for 6-AM (Heroin) Lower cutoff levels for Amphetamine and Cocaine drug classes Non-DOT testing panels can be modified to reflect the new panel upon request**
