Physical Therapist

Busy Occupational Medicine Clinic is seeking PT for Full time position.

 Monday to Friday 8 to 5

No weekends.

Must have degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

 Must have a license or diploma to practice physical therapy from the state of Colorado Division of Registry.

Must maintain current CPR Certification

Must have at least one year practicing as a licensed physical therapist.

Experience with Workers’ Compensation preferred.

Job Duties include but not limited to:

Evaluation and assessment of patients relative to physical therapy needs; Formulation of specific plans of treatment and goals for each patient; with physician approval. Completion of all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
